No waiting, friendly staff, keys in 5 minutes! It was a very short walk from the terminal to the car. The car was clean and performed well (a free upgrade from economy to compact!). I was also grateful they had placed a window scraper in the car. I definitely needed it to get the frost off in the mornings! Drop off was as easy as park, walk in the terminal and drop the keys in the drop box. It couldn't have been any better.

The car I rented was fine, it was clean, it was a rental car. The guy behind the counter was cheerful and gave me information about the particular car I rented. The stupidity part comes when you are handed two fobs on a cable. I know the rental industry is doing this not just Hertz but I annoys me. I have to deal with mass of keys, if I lose one key I’ve lost them both. I carry this mass of keys in my pants pocket and it’s not the least bit convenient. When I return the car and mention the this is the dumbest this I’ve ever seen, an embellishment I admit I’ve seen way dumber thins, I’m geliven some corporate drivel about how it has to be this way. NO IT DOES NOT. The problem is you don’t care about customer inconvenience. More people need to complain about this stupidity then perhaps you would find a new “corporate “ solution.
