I requested a compact car. They only had a Jeep available at pick up time. They were going to upgrade me for free but I need the compact. They were very friendly and accommodating. However because it wasn’t ready, the car was filthy. It also had half a tank of gas and I was told to bring it back with 3/4.

They didn't have the car that I reserved online and her excuse was that online reservations couldn't see their inventory. I asked if she could give it to me at the lower rate which was only $7 but she said no she couldn't do that. I decided to pay the extra 7 and handle it after the fact. The car had a terrible smell of severe cigarette smoke covered by air freshener that wasn't very effective. It was not full of fuel when I took it and the outgoing mileage was wrong but it by about 25 miles. Over all this not a good experience.
