Keep in mind, this is a very small airport so not really busy. Our experience with hertz was not good. Guy was disorganized, car was not clean after previous patron, only half a tank of gas. Car we requested was not available, but for more money, $10.00 more per day we could get bigger car, NOT what we wanted, nor our fault. That should have been offered without extra charge since what we ordered was not available. Had to wait for an hour and there was only one guy in front of us. Other car rentals in that building processed 4 or 5 people while we were still dinking around with Hertz. When returning car, again, only one person in front of us, but was told I'm too busy, I will email your receipt. Again, we witnessed other car rentals processing several customers during that time. After an hour we checked back to get the receipt as it had not been emailed. He did not even have the paperwork and had no idea what the email address was. This service was so poor and insufficient that we will NEVER rent from Hertz again and will be sure and share our bad experience. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!! I feel a refund should be given as we have never had such bad service. He needs training in customer service and how to properly do the job!!!
