my experience with hertz was okay, i was a little disappointed that they didn't walk you to the vehicle and did the walk around the car to check it out before i got in it. but other then that it was ok. and I am still waiting on a return receipt from the drop off place

Surprised by how busy they were and yet with so many people I was out the door in 20 minutes.Once my paperwork was done,out to the parking lot,pick a vehicle and off I went.As far as returning my rental, fast,convenient and shuttled to the airport in no time.Everyone was helpful and courteous.I would definitely return.Oh by the way...My original reservation was booked for the wrong weekend and yet they were still able to accommodate me at no extra charge.Way to go Hertz!

In fairness, not sure if the trouble was with Hertz or rental company, car rentals.com. I reserved and prepaid a small SUV, but was told there were no more cars so 8 could have an upgrade. Now, maybe some people are happy when they’re upgraded, but I’m a tiny woman and need a small car. I also have a bad leg and have difficulty getting in and out of a car. I was given a HUGE car I could barely get into, and could not jump down onto a bad leg. Furthermore, I have an elderly mother who is shorter than I am and she was u able to ge5 in or out. I could not take her anywhere, and the visit was for her birthday. In short, total waste of money since I basically could not use the car. (This screen isn’t allowing me to go back an$ make corrections)
