There was no attendant at the counter at the air port. After 15 minutes of waiting I finally called the number. They told me that my rental went to another store instead of the air port and that it was car rentals.com fault. However my email from car rentals.com clearly listed the air port as my pick up. They told me they would bring me a car in 7 minutes. After another 15 minutes of waiting outside in 32 degree weather I went back to the counter where I found the attendant. They decided to just rent me a car from the air port but never called me back to tell me. After we waited for the computer to boot up for another 15 minutes we got pur car. We walked out to the car and it’s was filfthy and disgusting. Mud on the floor, saw dust all over the back of the car we had to put our luaggue on, food crumbs every where, and lose hair all over the seats. I went back to the counter, but the attendant had already left, which I had to be told by Enterprise rentals next door. I called them back and they offered to exchange the car but I would have to either drive to another store or wait again for another 30 minutes. I did not have time for this after waiting for an hour to start with. They said they were sorry and would put a note on the file. This is unexpecitble behavior for the cost of the cars. Trust me take two steps to the right and rent from Enterprise/ Alamo. While we waited I watched their attendant rent at least 5 cars and was nothing more than amazing to his guests. He even offered to help me, but I had already paid.. trust me don’t go with Hertz... it will just “Hertz” you not help you.

We schedule the pick up at the airport at 10:00am. We got there at the schedule time. Nobody was at the desk. Called the number for that location, a girl answer saying that she had no idea why the calls were forwarding to her number, that she was 1 hour away from the pick up location. Called again she said she was not able to locate anybody from that location. Kept calling then someone answered and said that on their system we were scheduled to pick up the car at a differente location. When asked how we booked, we said from you, they said: THAT IS WHY! THEY ALWAYS MESS UP! At this point had been 1 hour waiting for a response. So, the guy picked us up from airport, drove to another location where we got the car. About 2 hours total. And messed up my plans for that day. Will never rent from this site or from HERTZ again. Will report to better business, as I have all recorded. YOu cant fool people like this!

When I arrived at the Hertz counter at the airport, the employee told me my car had to be picked up at the office which was about 20 min away, but said he would give us a ride there. I thought it was weird since my reservation said pick up at airport. Once we got to the office he told us the car we were riding in was our rental. The car was dirty and we had to wait for a worker to take it to the car wash and have it detailed. The office was dirty and looked disorganized. This process took 45 min-1hr and having to go to the office took us way out of our way from our destination.
