This was the worst experience I have ever had with picking up a rental car. I will never use Enterprise again!!! I got off my flight went to check out my car and was told I was on a DNR (do not rent) list with red flags because I had an outstanding balance. When asked what the balance was I was told they had no idea and all they could do was give me a customer service number! I have rented from Enterprise once before and was charged and paid in full for the car! Car was returned and signed off and I left with the understanding that I was good on my return. So WHY did I have to wait to get a car with lots of other people waiting behind me hearing the whole conversation when we did not have a problem at all! I was frustrated and wanted to know why I was flagged and they had no idea and I was sent down to the manager in the garage to discuss the situation. When I got there I was told she didn't see any of this on her screen and I was goo to go and she didn't know why it said that on their screens! If this is the case why are't the systems up to date and linked??? So I waited at the counter for 45 minutes to have nothing wrong!!!!!!!!! I was over 45 minutes late to my appt and all for nothing! Needless to say I also had a small child with me who also had to wait on enterprise for them to figure out nothing was wrong! Very frustrated very annoyed and upset with this company and this is not the cheapest company to rent from so I will NEVER rent again from Enterprise. Even after their mistake I was never apologized to for the huge inconvenience and having to wait or this mistake and was just herded through like nothing had happened! In fact they were almost rude in the way that they rushed my child and I through to pick up the car. Then to top it off I asked for a non smoking car and was given a car that had been smoked in. When I asked about it they said sorry we already did all the paperwork and it cant be changed! So So upset because my son has asthma and I am allergic to cigarette smoke and we both arrived with swollen eyes and coughing and nasty smelling clothes!!! Very very disappointed and annoyed with this company and the customer service! Worst service I have ever had and I will give them a terrible rating in all areas that I can find!!

Original car has mismatched tires We had to exchange it They wanted us to come to them But we said no You bring it to us It all worked out But was a potentially dangerous situation Also Car ordered was not there when we arrived

Everything was smooth and easy - great experience, great price, loved the car. Will use again for sure, and would recommend without question!
