I will never rent from your company again. When I went to try to find my car or someone to help me a woman treated me like a piece of dirt. i asked if she could help me find my car. She yelled at me and said. Over by wall. !!!! Then walked over to a another worker and started singing and laughing. I mean really. What wall and where was my car I paid for. I can not believe this is how you treat a paying customer. With everything going on now and back then when I was there. You think I would of gotten better treatment. I would think maybe you’d company would make things right with me. Oh ya. My car was dirty inside. Garbage was also in car door. I’m very upset and didn’t even get a gez I’m sorry. What the heck.

I went straight to the car rental pick up area, bypassing the counter as instructed. I didn’t book my rental as the Hertz Gold member status that I am, but was still treated as one.

The crew at Hertz was so helpful after my husband had to drive back to the airport to try and find his computer bag. They let him park and pointed to the Lost and Found where he found his bag! They were very helpful!
