Hertz Customer Service was excellent, however, the car was damaged in three separate places which no doubt they collected the money for the repair from the customer or customers but never bothered to repair the damage. I did not expect to receive a damaged car from Hertz.

Friendly service and didn’t attempt to rip me off with insurance etc. was happy to upgrade my vehicle. On returning they did charge a small amount for petrol even though it was full! This was based on asking me how far away did I fill it up, rather than the meter reading! This was the only negative
