Walked an hour from city center to rental office address that no longer existed. Some kind strangers told me the Hertz had moved 3 months ago to location that would be another 1.5 hours away on foot. Not sure if this is the fault of the website I booked through or Hertz itself, but no acknowledgement of this outdated information when I eventually picked up the car and explained what had happened. Rental return was also very unclear, parking lot was blocked off and office seemed closed. Another helpful pair of strangers told us they had been told to return the keys inside at the airport if the outdoor office was closed, so fortunately it didn't take too long to figure out. Again not sure if rental website or car company should have provided this information, but would have appreciated more up to date instruction!
