There were some scratchs on the minivan before I pick it up at Toronto Airport, when I dropped it back they wanted to charge me because of that. I yield at them and was ready to go to the court whatever it would cost me. At the end they recognized their fault and let me go. I will not trust them anymore.

When I reach the counter, the staff there try to convince me (even threaten me) to buy insurance, I told him that I have brought Collision/Loss Damage Insurance through CarRental. He just don't care about that, and said, if something happen, Hertz will chase after me. That is what a tourist don't want to face. Finally, I paid extra 9 hundred something CAD at that counter for insurance and tax, which is much expensive than the rental fee. What a terribly experience.
