It was hard to find the Thrifty Office as the Airport at Melb is under construction. Once we found it it was smooth sailing and all worked out well

When a receive the bills I was so happy and when we went to rent the car they ask me 200$ more ???? It’s the first time and the last time. I’m so angry about that.

The vehicle was beautiful the service during collection was wonderful. Returning was hard work they couldn’t find the rental agreement on line and then took an inordinate amount of time to inspect. But when I saw the charge deducted from my account was $93, when the quote was $63. So pretty disappointed.
