I've never had such a bad experience picking up a rental vehicle in my life. At first he never picked up the phone when I called to ask about our flight delay. I finally got a hold of him several hours later so see if there was anything I could do as we needed a car and were not able to get there before he closes. He just said okay so what do you want to do then?. He didnt want to tell me he was going to be there unil my plane arrived. I got to the check out counter and he was as short with me there as he was on the phone! After all of that we get out to ther car and load up and it said maintenance required on the dash. When I went to go back in to inquire about it, he was gone. Luckily the carwas able to drive the one day I rented it and needed it for. I will be trying my hardest not to rent a car from Hertz in the future all because of this one situation. Worst customer service I have had in a long while!

Good car. I felt that the cost for dropping the car off at a different location was high.

I will be recommending Hertz to my friends and family. Hertz provided me with an amazing car.
