I booked and paid online. There was no line so my time at the counter was less than 10 minutes.

Hertz made the pickup/drop off of the Minivan I rented easy for the most part. The car had damage when picked up and instead of Hertz having the form filled out with all the damage info already, they made me do it ... not in the parking lot but at the gate just before you leave. Very annoying. I wonder what would have happened if I had not insisted that a damage form be filled out before I left? When I returned it would they would have claimed damage? In addition, I called to extend my rental by a couple of hours and at first they said they could and then declined because my contract does not allow it. The car itself was great.

Everything went smooth from the airport to the hertz car rental desk. As I reached the parking lot, they told me that I can choose a car between section 2 and section 3. There was only one car in section 2 that needed repair. There were only 2 cars in section 3 to choose from. 1 car had a gentleman sitting inside of it so therefore I was left with the last car which was a Kia Soul. And I was satisfied
