My pre-paid reservation was not honored because I didn't pick my intermediate car up on time. I was offered an upgrade for $8 more per day, which I declined and was put on a waiting list until a car of my category became available. Wouldn't refund since I pre-paid. Three hours later a car became available. I drove off of the lot, though I cancelled my trip because I couldn't obtain a reserved car from Hertz in ample time

My experience was very wonderful. The agent was very helpful and fast. The pickup was seamless!

My reservation was at 7:00am and the desk clerk was 40 minutes late in opening. I almost missed my meeting.
