Waited over an hour to pick up a vehicle, after being told car will be there in less than 10 minutes. Rep at desk didn't seem to have control of the situation. Once vehicle arrived, the drop off agent did not bother pointing out to the vehicle's location and we had to find the vehicle. The drop off agent was more busy surfing on his cell phone than care about helping out the customer. Finally, we were told there were no vehicles available, and offered us a downgrade for the same money, instead of an upgrade to the next level vehicle for the same money, to keep the customer happy.

It was very bad service when I arrived to CDG office and they told me my car is not ready , there was no car as reserved

Quick pick up and drop off. No pressure to purchase stuff we didn't need.
