Seamless HOWEVER agent tried to switch me to “ equivalent “ SUV and only after I insisted she check to see if Tahoe available was she able to give me the vehicle I had initially requested. There were about 8 sitting on the lot. No one available to receive rental on lot in ABQ so had to go back to counter and wait- this was at 7:15 PM on Saturday. Car functioned perfectly and was clean. Worth the money.

No complaints except that I requested a mid-sized SUV and got a huge Nissan Pathfinder...much bigger than I wanted/expected. Otherwise, my experience was fine.

Got charged twice, rude customer service st hertz. Car rental place doesn’t accept debit, but yet still got charged not once, but TWICE!!!! Still haven’t gotten my refund
