Wanted me to take out there car . I had my own... don’t think they were happy at losing out on $160

I showed up and waited :15 minutes before I got served. The car was a new (5000 km) . The man who served me was at best, rude. Said give my your licence and C.C. He then runs my card for $750.00 without even telling me. I rent from the bigger name places and never had to authorize....He told me it was on the web site...I went back and read it again, still didn't see that mentioned. Got the car only to see it was at 1/2 a tank of gas. Go back and mention it, their like just bring it back half full!!!. So, off I go and Toronto has the biggest snow storm of the year...and guess what. No snow brush or scrapper in the car. I had to use a credit card to clean the windshield. On the road, snowing of course, need the wipers.....guess what...no fluid so now I can see anything I return the car, mention my issues and I get a too bad look or maybe it was a get lost, we have your money look Anyways, I'll never use Fox car rental again. I'll pay an extra $40 a day to avoid these guys If you want the expanded story, call me, I'd be glad to enlighten you more. Regards, Rob

The staff at the rental location I picked up at was fine but the rental process itself was horrible. There were lots of surprise fees and I don’t trust that I was charged correctly. It was a lot more than I had expected to pay. All I can say is, take pictures of everything (damage, current mileage, gas gauge, etc) so that you have proof.
