The car was not clean. There was a nail clipping on one of the doors. The wheel alignment was so bad it was almost dangerous to drive.

Pick up location directs to another pick up point and agent doesn't tell you all the hidden charges until the end. Cannot make any modification to the reservation, had to cancel and book a new one, and took forever to cancel the first reservation.

The front desk person did a good job and was very informative when I picked up the car rental, however, when I saw my suv it was already banged up on the side (like it had been in an accident) and was pretty banged up in general. The front desk person also told me I wouldn't get charged for any late fees so long as I brought in the car the same day (within 24hrs) as I had to return the car at a later time. I asked her several times about this so I would not be confused about any further charges. I ended up returning my car 4hrs later than the scheduled time-as I already talked to the front desk person when I picked the car up, and they only refunded me a part of my $150 deposit. I then had to wait almost 3hrs for someone to call me back to explain what the charges were for and the person sounded annoyed and simply told me I didn't receive an email about any charges because I got the car from a third party website. That's no excuse. If you want people to rent from your service you should probably give people a break down of actual fees instead of misleading them, and also give you a bill stating your fees. The company simply took my money and expected me not to call and ask what the charges were regarding. I've rented plenty of cars over the years and after this experience, I would not rent another car from Fox rental again. Poor communication overall and you don't even get a decent car.
