Everything was great except for them trying to sell me insurance even tho I already bought the insurance that car rentals.com offered. Also they need to update there address on every platform because they are no longer in the airport and were difficult to find.

Came at night with no customers at all and all the employees just stared at me walk through the door. No greeting nothing but just stares. I finally had to ask where I can be rung up. As I walked to the counter the employee just kept having a conversation with another employee and ignored me for another 5 mins. She finally asked me for my information and shortly told me they didn't have the car I reserved and they only had to options. Neither of them worked for me at all. No apology was offered just that's all we have. And she continues her conversation with her co-worker. I check both cars just to see if I can make the situation work but they were to small. I come back inside and wait for her to finish her conversation with her co-worker, another 5 minutes, finally I just cancel my reservation and leave. No apology was offered, no we can helping with a discount for the inconvenience. Nothing just ok, not even a bye. As I leave all the employees continue to talk as if there at a social gathering.

Van that was reserved was not available at 7:30 am as stated in the reservation.
