My experience with this supplier was not horrible, but I would not describe it as good either. The wait in the line was fairly long. While standing in line I overheard one of the agents telling someone they could not use a debit card. did not know those customer circumstances, but I was planning to use a debit card and it read all the fine print and how it all my documentation ready. I approached the counter when I heard that and asked the woman if I could use a debit card and I read that I could, she responded to me rather rudely and asked me to get back in line and wait my turn it said it rather loudly in front of all the other customers waiting in line. The people trying to use their debit card were local, it's no debit card use but the way she called me out was rather embarrassing. At the counter she convince me to spend another $80 on something that I wasn't really sure of,but I was very hot and tired and frustrated at this point so I just went ahead and did it .She gave me the keys and said my car was out the door to the left. She just told me then it was a hyundai sonata. I tried to start two different vehicles that we're hyundai's in the lot .it was very hot outside and I was unable to get either vehicle started along with a customer who is just in the lot that was trying to help me.I went back into the building and tell the woman if she came out and pointed to the left at a car that I already tried. So once again I went to try that vehicle and it would not start. By this point I was very hot and very frustrated and so was the customer that was trying to help me. Eventually I saw one of the guys that work outside cleaning cars or something and waved him over to help me and he pointed me to the right car which was opposite I've where I was originally told and it was not in view. Once again I felt stupid but finally found the correct car. When I got in the car it was not filthy but it was not super clean either. This was important to me during this time of covid-19. Luckily I had clorox wipes with me and wipe down the steering wheel excetera. When I open the console on my trip to the hotel there was a used face mask in the console area.I felt that this was very unsanitary especially during these times so obviously the car was not thoroughly cleaned or that would not have been missed.The car was nice and it ran fine I and no trouble dropping it off, except for a 15-minute wait ,in the heat once again, for the shuttle back to the airport. So overall I would say it was a fair to poor experience. Ironically, I actually ran into a customer that had been in the line with me picking up my rental at a public store. She recognized me and she said she was hoping she would run into me and she was telling me that they were disappointed with their experience and then their car was not very clean and all either.

My entire experience with Fox was horrible. What a sham place of business, Trying to reach ANYONE with the phone numbers given was impossible. I waited on hold one hour and 43 minutes. NEVER again will I do business with Fox.

Our rental was not ready and waited over an hour for it to be ready. When we got the car it had not been cleaned well and staff was not very friendly about the delay. Would not recommend renting from here.
