Waited in line for 3 hours to get our car. Understaffed. Took approximately 20 minutes per person. Two customer service employees. Around the last hour, one of the customer service reps had to leave to tell the 50 or so people in line their reservation meant nothing. They were out of cars. the fight broke out and security was called. We will never book with Fox again. We brought the car back full and they charged us $25.00 for fuel. We used the car the entire week we had it and the car took a total of 7 gallons. $2.09 per gallon is what they charged. They charge very low rental rates, but be confused with a good deal on price. Unfortunately for the people that had reservations, the entire airport was out of cars so they were just asked to leave

It was by far the worst experience I have had picking up a rental car. We arrived to the rental facility and waited for over an hour. I observed several interactions with other customers in front of me. It was cringe-worthy at best. I don't think my agent said more than 2 words to me. I am used to friendly service, recommendations on places to see/do, instructions on how to pick up/drop off the vehicle. I got nothing. When we returned the vehicle there was no one to greet us or leave the keys with. We had to go up to the main concourse, but no one was there either. The information attendant and other representatives told us to leave the keys in the car.

The line was ridiculous the staff rude my screen for navigation cracked no one would answer the phone. Stark contrast to Fox in Las Vegas which is great
