Pick-up takes about 30' because the agent needs to re-enter all the info I gave them on-line, in order to complete the contract. Guess I should join their EXPRESS club but don't travel that much.

My check in experience was great. The counter employee knew exactly what car I needed. Unfortunately, when I got to the minivan, there was extensive body damage. The front bumper was crooked and damaged on the passenge side and there were long deep scratches from the front passenger door to the rear bumper. In my opinion, although the damage was noted on the walkaround damage sheet the car should not have been put back into service. When I went to ask for a different car, the lot attendants said to just video record the damages. I told them there was no way I was going to take the car. They insisted I record the damage. As I was recording the damage, one of the attendants came out to look at the damage, she decided it was best to get another car for me. She processed new paperwork for me and we were soon on our way but not without a couple of small issues. The minivan was missing a rear floor panel that protects the back of the seats when folded down. After I left the lot, the gas guage suddenly registered less than a full tank of gas. I told my wife I was glad just to get a decent car to drive. I will be hesitant to recommend this rental company after my lot experience.
