I waited in line for 45 minutes for a car I had reserved 2 months prior. Then received something entirely different. Check in was quick but the shuttle left us at the arrivals gate instead of departures, so there were no wheel chairs for my 84 year old parents who can not walk very far. I even asked the driver twice if he was sure this was the correct location as he was unloading our luggage from the van. I asked where the check in for baggage was and he said he didn't know. I finally found a place for them to sit while I went upstairs to locate help. Very unhappy with the service

Just want to say that my experience has it's ups and down. The wait was long as they were short staffed. I forgot to bring my credit card that I initially rented the vehicle but had another one. The staff were very understanding and helped me to still rent a vehicle at almost the same price. They definitely went out of there way. The cars stunk and had to get a different one due to the middle light staying on. The other car stunk as well but dealt with it due to the long wait. Dropp off was smooth as again the staff were on top of the things. It seems they don't really take care of the vehicles to maintain their cleanliness.

Had to wait a little bit (20 minutes) for the pickup, but I’d do it every time for the deal.
