Nothing especially great or bad. Got a decent prepay deal. Car was in good condition. Pick up process took awhile (the usual upsell attempts).

I had to wait a long time to speak to an agent. The car we received was very dirty inside and out---so I had to wait along time again to get service and ask for a clean car. The person in front of me was telling the agent that the car he just rented was also very dirty. I rent cars all the time. I will NEVER rent from FOX again. .

I booked my mid-size SUV with FOX, because I saved money with them over the bigger companies. Next time I will pay more with a bigger company. First disappointment was waiting for the shuttle from the airport to the car rental lot. We waited for over 15 minutes while the buses from other companies came through multiple times to pick up their customers. Once we got to the dealership, there were only 6 people in front of me at the counter and there were 4 agents working... but somehow it still took 40 minutes for me to get to an agent. Then once I got to the agent, he wasn't courteous or professional. It seemed like I was getting on his nerves for coming up to his counter. He didn't explain any of the disclaimers he asked me to sign, and oddly enough one of the disclaimers was stating that I did NOT ride the shuttle from the airport -- which I did. So I mentioned to him, I did ride the shuttle so I can't sign this. When I said it, he seemed annoyed that I would mention this to him instead of just signing it. To top it off, the car we got was dirty, scratched up, and wasn't as clean on the inside as a rental should be. Overall, I almost gave it a one star, but since I paid less with them than I would have elsewhere (by about $50 total) I gave them two stars. But I won't be renting from them again.
