People at the desk were great..friendly and efficient I picked the vehicle up at the airport and because I wanted to drop it at a dealer in north Vancouver it was an extra $56...an unpleasant surprise and they didn’t tell me on the phone when I was booking the car.

After a long day of travel expecting to walk up and rent a car at kiosk I was told no cars are available. Then I went online and reserved one from the ssme kiosk and yes there were several to choose from. I asked why I was told initially that there were no cars and received no complete answer. Very bad business practice if you ask me. The young girl was not pleasant at all. Left a bad impression on me and makes me take my business elsewhere.

I had a very bad experience with Enterprise. Although I had told them I was renting the car for a long journey to Vancouver, they forgot to set winter tyres on the wheels and the windscreen washer fluid got frozen on the way. What fun it was to drive under such circumstances! And I will not mention all the charges the clerk added to the price I had seen on their website which was 50% less than the actual price.
