On arrival at PAU, no one at the counter. No messages. Waiting vain. The other renters have no information. The time to discover a phone number, everything is arranged. In total with the time to find or place the car: 1 / 2h of lost.

When I went to pick up the car, the place had already closed for the evening. It had taken me longer to get there from the airport than anticipated. I was told I may need to pay late fees for picking it up the day after it was reserved for. In the end i did not have to pay them. Also, i had to have a $200 hold put on my debit card which I was not informed of prior to arriving there.
