Is there some cheap vinyl mine somewhere that GM uses to make the interior of their cars? Enterprise Rochester kills. Totally.

Had a hard time locating the pickup area (it's the last one but can't see it behind all the other rental agencies) and when trying to return the car the signage is practically non-existent. YOu have to read a small sign with a barely visible Enterprise logo, note the space numbers where you're allowed to park, then find one. The space numbers were not indicated with any Enterprise logo, so I had to drive around 2-3 times to process the instructions. They could make it easier by putting Enterprise signs on the designated Enterprisse parking spaces.

Our experience (my wife and I) was fantastic. Enterprise Rental, we had booked with from Chicago, had closed by the time we arrived at Greater Rochester Airport, about 1:30 am! The National Car Rental Rep. (one Miss Tillman, I hope I got her name right) was very kind and very helpful. She assured us that Enterprise and National work closely, and she would assist us after helping the people in front of her. As I said, she was excellent and very helped us. In the end, she gave us her card, and asked us to call her, if we had any problem. We were the last customers, and she even followed us behind to show us the place to pick up our car. Excellent Rep.
