Even thought we reserved UPFRONT and offered to pay before arriving (we could not) when we arrived several passengers were told NO CARS. To be fair, after badgering the manager and the LUCK of having a truck returned, we were able (an hour late) to get a rental that night. The exchange for another vehicle the next day was extremely stream lined and efficient (I was surprised), but then again, perhaps they were trying to make up for their inefficiency. I usually PREFER Enterprise, the ratings below are about THIS trip. NEVER a good explanation as to why they would accept reservations, but then not have any....or any options of what to do since they had NONE. Amazing.....when returning to airport we saw two local enterprise lots that were FULL OF CARS. If they could get them there Monday (holiday), why not FRIDAY when we arrived?

Easy pickup and fast service. Return also went quick. Don’t pay for the full tank. Figured I’d use a full tank only used half.

Broke down and needed a rental car. They picked me up and gave me a Ford Fusion for $55 a day plus $200 deposit. I went online and rented a Ford F150 the following day for $28 a day plus another $200 deposit plus %20 because I picked it up from the airport. My vehicle took an extra day at the shop so I extended the truck which was an additional $48. The charges go up it seems depending on how desperate you are at the time.
