After my rental needed to be towed from the hotel where I was staying the second enterprise rep. was much more helpful than the first one.

I was sent a breakdown showing the cost of my rental would be 118.49 with the insurance. Airport locations hold an additional $200 on your credit card and Enterprise doesn't do fuel matching at airport locs. I had to pay $43.00 for a full tank of gas. My total cost ended up being $167.00 not 118.49. Also I was given a hard time for having a temp drivers license which is now the only option in Illinois until you get the original in the mail. I called to check before I went to pick up the car and was told all I needed was an additional photo id. I was asked ny the counter clerk plus two supervisors about my license.

The pickup was really smooth. Love that a secondary driver doesn't have to go through so many hoops to be able to drive. We ended up with a mediocre car. Alignment was off so had to fight the steering wheel all weekend. It was also a 2018 model with no bluetooth or ability to use a USB cord to connect.
