The worst experience It took us longer to pick up the car then it did to fly for Boston to Florida It was 9:45 at night. We were lined up in the parking garage about 50 people children and babies. No excuse we all had reservations. You knew the # of reservations and the cars we not ready and you didn’t have enough staff to handle the situation Poor way to run a business. It was very disheartening to see families upset and children crying It was midnight when we finally got a car and then had an hour drive to St Augustine. I rent a car 3-4 times a year when I come to Florida. And I will think twice before I even rent from you Very poor customer service

The first car we were given, the TPS light was on. After some delay, we had to transfer all of our luggage to another vehicle. Enterprise offered a slight discount for our trouble and gave us an upgrade. The checkout process took too long. The check in process was great. So some good and some not so good.

From the moment we arrived we received excellent service and our vehicle promptly and we were on our way in less than 15 minures
