I received a clean car in great condition. The location was understaffed the day I went to pick the car up and it took about 45 minutes from when I arrived. The employee helping me with the pickup was really friendly but from a different Enterprise location. I was slightly aggravated that I was told I had to bring the car back at a corresponding time about 40 minutes earlier than when I actually drove off the lot. Drop off was slow, too, and the female employee was really less than friendly or personable. Another complaint is that the address of the office location in the email that was sent to me in the reservation confirmation is incorrect and about 4 miles further down the highway. That really needs to be corrected.
