My experience was terrible. I had a reservation for Christmas Eve 2018, I was even called from the Enterprise in Florence at 9:32 am to confirm my reservation. Informed the agent that I would be picking up the car possibly earlier and he stated thats OK. Well myself along with about 6 other people arrived at the Florence Airport, guess what they where closed. Gone, the security guard said they left. The airport police stated that the last flight was canceled and he asked them if they had any reservations coming in, the concerned, helpful workers said no. Therfore he was going to close the airport. Well these wonderful rental car agents left about 15 peole stranded on Christmas Eve. They where suppose to close at 9 they where gone before 7. My reservation was at 8. The police officer apologized for inconvenience but on Christmas eve people with children who were expecting a rental car had to find somewhere to go. I with 2 children in the dark in Florence SC. Had to find a hotel. So we had to take a cab to a hotel Christmas Eve, the rental car agency was not open on Christmas Day so I had to take an Uber to Columbia SC about 89 miles away from Florence at a rate of 99.00, after being turned down by 2 other uber drivers who said it was to far. Then I had to get a ride to Augusta GA. So I incurred an extra expense of 300.00 because selfish workers took themselves home, 3 hours earlier. Then to top it off I called to file a complaint and to date I have not heard from them. I will complain until someone responds.
