Vehicles to choose from was very poor. Every vehicle had dents, bumpers falling off, high mileage & did I mention dents all the way around. The one we finally chose when we started driving had a clicking sound every time we came to stop, backed up or turned. One of the grab handles inside was broken. The car had 64,000 miles. Fox rental has gone downhill a lot. Go to someone else. That is my recommendation. Also is a Corolla really a full size car?

Car was filthy. Was mislead on the charges. What was suppose to be $138.00 as stated on my reservation ended up being $282.00. I was told it was mandatory to get your insurance EVEN after telling her I have my own. So many additional charges. Y’all have to do better starting with your counter clerk to the guys in the yard who were absolutely NO HELP to us as we stood there not knowing where or what to do. We just knew the car was at section 1. As two of your employees stood near us talking..not once did they ask us if we needed help as we stood there looking confused. I had to interrupt their conversation to ask “WHICH ONE”? To be told...”Pick any one” then continued on with their chit chat. I asked them If I needed to do a “walk around” to check off any existing damages. Said it’s already done and not to worry about it cuz I have full coverage. Horrible service. Do better FOX. Your shuttle driver also needs to get out his seat and assist people with their bags that weigh UNDER 25 lbs. Clean your shuttle bus. And make him turn the air on. The comfort of the ride is meant for your passengers NOT just the driver. We were all sweating in there and it was FILTHY.

Overall great service once I was at the counter. But they didn’t have enough staff on duty and cars were all sold out which should have in indicated that They didn’t more staffing for the day.
