The employees were excellent, had the car ready, took time to make sure I was familiar with the interior, even called me to make sure everything was going well. Wonderful crew. The only hiccup was returning it, was told someone would be there at 5:30am at the airport, they were not open..had difficulty figuring out how and where to leave it.

The employee that assisted me was great. The car I rented was great except the person that got paid to detail the Toyota Corolla I rented did not clean it at all. We found trash folded up in the rear seat arm rest, there were food crumbs all over the front seats, dirt all over the floor, and nasty kids hand prints on the windows. I normally wouldn’t make too big of a deal about it but I paid for it and was told they were cleaning it just before I picked it up. I did get some compensation for this. I would have rated it wit 5 stars if the car had been cleaned like it was supposed to be.
