Only one problem, but of my own. Wanting to remove the frost from the windshield, I scratched it. I am told that we must change the windshield (?). I do not consider additional insurance, but it seems to me that when booking it was not proposed (?). Do I have any support for AutoEscape? Thank you

This rental company promises vehicles that it does not have when we arrive ... I had reserved and paid for a category F for 5 people and as many suitcases. Arrived at the airport, the rental company tells me that he simply has no more vehicles in the category that I had rented, and that the largest he has is a Clio! At 5 with suitcases, it's just impossible ... Another family has the same problem at the same time. The proposed solutions are then to go to rent from another renter, to pay the rental, and to make papers to be reimbursed several weeks after! Respect for the customer 0 ... Finally a car of the right category came in and I recovered it, not washed and without refueling. So I would have lost an hour, the rental company absolutely does not warn of the problem in advance, and it is extremely unpleasant. Note the friendliness of the staff at the counter, who have to deal with furious customers because of the unworthy policy of their company.
