Due to Covid-19 we could not return the car where we had requested and were not notified of the office being closed until we went there. Difficult contacting someone to get information as to where to go. Usually everything is wonderful with Enterprise. In fact we were notified by them a day ahead of that we would be brought to the Alamo counter to pick up our car. Not sure what the disconnect was with the return

I have rented cars at this facility before and had great experience. This time I was very disappointed as they gave me the worst car on the lot. The car was noisy, sounded like a can. The car had “ Non-Smoking” stickers everywhere and it was awful dirty and reeked of smoke. Being an asthmatic and allergic to smoke, this was not the car for me. The car must’ve been a 4 cylinder because it was hard to get going past 50 miles per hour.

Our flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours meaning we would miss our connection, so the airline put us on another flight, meaning we were not getting in till after 12:30am. We called Enterprise right away. In fact we called the Bradley Airport Enterprise location and we were, get this, connected to Gabby in Mexico! That's right, we called the Enterprise location we were flying into and got someone in Mexico. We explained to the rep that we would not be in till after 12:30am once we got our luggage. She told us that Enterprises closes at 12:30a but that she would get someone to stay at the site till 1:30a. We are waiting for the shuttle and no Enterprise shuttle is showing, so another shuttle driver hearing our story said he would drop off at National (since National is owned by Enterprise). We pull in after 1am and the National rep says that Enterprise did not leave her a car for us. So instead of the luxury vehicle we rented we were handed a Nissan Altima. Not even close! My wife was nice enough with it being so late and with the day being so long. Plus she wanted to get to the hotel some 30 minutes away. I on the other had was livid Enterprise gave our car away. We were then told to visit Enterprise at our new location (by the hotel) and they could swap out the car for us. It's now 9am Christmas Eve so instead of visiting with family we flew out to see we wasted precious family time by making the drive to Enterprise. The Enterprise Manager, Nathan, a great great guy, said we lucked out because he only had one luxury vehicle left. Though it was an SUV instead of the sedan we reserved, we took the SUV and off we went. What a mess. The last time we will ever rent a car from Enterprise. This is promise.
