Having been unable to take my car at the time I tried to warn DOLLAR the number provided in my contract 15 phone calls ... in vain Arrived the next day, the first hour my vehicle was already rented to someone else. DOLLAR, who is actually represented by a person from HERTZ in Seville, refused to help me out (she did not have any vehicles left) and confirmed that she did not have time to answer the phone. . I had to rent another vehicle at EUROPCAR at my expense. Who has cashed the amount of a rent not honored (DOLLAR or AUTOESCAPE)? I am waiting for compensation from AUTOESCALPE
