The agent was curt and refused to accept the insurance I purchased (Allianz) through your website. Unfortunately, I had a very minor incident that will require a claim. I spoke with a manager directly, as it was impossible to resolve, let alone speak with anyone on the phone. This took an entire day and I have no idea of the outcome. I am not sure where the blame or possible misrepresentation lies?

It was a quick n easy rental service with another agent but the encounter with sales rep Yibin ruined it all. We just asked him a question on the way out but he looked af us angrily and rudely said something. He was in a hurry and so we just turn and as we did so he said the F word. He went inside right away and so we complaint to 2 sales representative from Dollar Rental Car. It was not what we expected from a customer service representative.

Perfect rental with good service, but an additional USD 121.69 for a child seat is exaggerated. A seat of the same type as the one rented costs USD 100 to purchase! It would also have been welcome to accompany us for the installation (the counter agent sent me to a room to serve me myself and install the seat).
