Almost charged me $255 when I picked up and good thing I had a confirmation email to prove that it was $147. They fixed but still charged me $150. Since I am Deaf and I kept on asking him to write on the paper, he won't write and kept on talking. I just want my car and go!

My experiencewith Dollar was awesome. I was served as soon as I walked in and was able to pick out my car easily. The agent spoke quickly and it was hard to hear her but I was able to take care of business quickly and was mostly happy with the car. The only issue was the inside of the windshield and back window were dirty and hard to see out of when the sun was shining.

It took several attempts to get my invoice to match the rate on my reservation. I was told “oh our system keeps defaulting to the wrong rate” which I understand might happen but it was frustrating that I had to notice the difference after leaving the counter. After rate was adjusted, I then noticed the damage waiver fee was more than twice what I was told it would be. I then had to return to get that adjusted. It felt very dishonest. The car was fine and the return process was very quick and easy.
