Poor horrible customer service at ensacola airport

Prepaid for luxury car and none were available. Wanted to down grade me for the same price. I told them no. I needed a car for medical reasons. Finally accepted a small SUV and someone called and said Hertz had a Chrysler 300 . They took us out to the garage to the Hertz booth and exchanged for the Chrysler. Spent about 35 minutes dealing with this after waiting in line for 30 minutes.

Rep was very professional, efficient and effective. Nice car, easy return
