First they couldn’t find my reservation and 20 mins later they found it. Then they claimed not to have any car to give me and that if they gave me one they would be short. I told them I needed a vehicle and that I had made a reservation. About 45 mins later they claim to have a vehicle, but refused to honor my reservation rate. This only happens in the McAllen, Texas Airport. They take advantage of the customer and refuse to give any internet rates.
