We started having issues with the car not starting on the second day. By the third day, the car would not start. The maintenance sticker on the door reflected maintenance had been due five months prior. The car was towed and we were given another vehicle in the city we were visiting. We were set back 2 1/2 hours. They knocked off one day from the total price.

Experience no difference using rentals.com and I believe they save some money. I would use them again. Easy pick up ESI drop off.

At pickup in El Paso, I was given 1 choice of a vehicle while the 2 customers in front of me were given choices on which vehicle to drive. I later found out why I was given an unreliable, terrible vehicle and that was due to me dropping the vehicle at a different location. The temperatures in El Paso were over 100 degrees and half the time, the A/C provided unacceptable warm air. I'm a veteran and was attending a funeral for my sibling who passed who was also a veteran and I told this to the lady and SHE STILL PROVIDED ME WITH AN UNSATISFACTORY VEHICLE. Terrible, terrible customer service!!!!!
