When I went to pick up my rental, the counter attendant informed me I owed additional taxes and that the car I reserved wasnt correct. Only after taking it up with the lot attendant did I get put into the correct car type. However, I was STILL charged extra taxes which ended up being an extra 50% of my bill.

When we picked up our car we told the customer service representative that we would have 2 drivers. After all the paper work was done THEN she tells us there is a $13 per day extra charge for the 2nd driver. Also when picking out the coverage plan she asks if we want the good , better, or best package. She doesn’t point out that they have a customize your own coverage which we would have chosen since our insurance covers rental car collision , so we paid an extra $160 over what we had been quoted.

Had some problems regarding types of cards that can be used, but Ms. Sheena and Ms. Iris helped out tremendously. Both MMs e. Iris and Ms. Sheena helped me through the problem and made sure I received me rental for the weekend.
