Our plane arrived in the Grand Cayman's late, after the Dollar office closed. The office manager Robert came to the office, opened it and called in a car for us. Even gave us an upgraded vehicle. The made sure we made it to the road we needed. Fantastic!!!

I was not told the insurance through CarRental.com was the same as the insurance directly through Dollar. Had I been in a car accident I couldn’t have just walked away and be covered. I would’ve had to pay for all the damage on my credit card and then be reimbursed through your insurance policy. I also had to wait for over 20 minutes but it was after 9pm.

Parking lot can be a little congested upon flight arrivals, but easy to find right next to the airport. Only thing I didn't like is the Third Party insurance policy, if you decline their insurance and put it on your visa, they won't deal with the visa companies, you pay out of pocket, then deal with your visa company for reimbursement.
