Experience with supplier was terrible, gave me a junkie, filled half tank but claimed it was full tank pretended it was due to oversight, wait was too long at the car rental there was long queue ahead of me, they were passing remarks about every customer.

We waited over an hour for the shuttle. Apparently Dollar only has one shuttle to the cruise terminals. All the other car companies were there at least four times before our shuttle arrived. The Alamo shuttle driver finally called Dollar because he had seen us standing there so long. We in the process of trying to book a car through another company when the shuttle finally showed up. When we got the car, it had less than 1/4 tank of gas. The checkout was incorrectly done because on one part it said a full tank which created an issue when we returned it. The pick-up location had marked 1/4 tank on the key chain but the return Dollar location does not use the key chain as the indicator- just the system. On one part of the system it showed 8/8 (full tank) and another part it showed 1/8. The car had not been cleaned wither- sunglasses and empty water bottles were still in there. This was the first and last time we will use Dollar.
