They billed me $445 when I was suppose to pay $144 and you can’t contact anyone. No good!

Everything about this rental was easy, and for once the rate was attractive too. Typically I fly into this airport and get a ride into the suburbs to avoid the upcharges.

Not the best experience. To begin with, they could not run my credit card in an efficient manner. There was some sort of system delay, causing the attendant helping me to restart from scratch each time. The manager on duty did not offer an ounce of help for myself or her employee. The attendant who was helping me was not the kindest either, over all a very tense situation that took around 40 minutes. The car itself was a nice choice, Jeep Compass. It did however have a bottle of whiskey left in the back. Upon dropping the car off we were not given much direction on what to do, other than from the shuttle driver who was incredibly kind. Turns out I accidentally left a small bag behind and had to turn around once at the airport to retrieve it, and whoever cleaned the car out took a bottle of medicine from my bag! Incredibly unprofessional service overall.
