My experience with this car rental company and particular rental location was excellent! They are the best and fairly priced--still, I wish they were a little cheaper.

I rented from Boston Airport but locstion was way downtown and hard to get to. Had to take bus and then an expensive Uber 5 blocks. When i arrived they only had large trucks...so had to wait. Then to get to my hotel had to avoid tolls... so be careful of that. Then to drop off after hours was very specific instructions so pay attention. Decided to get Uber direct to airport and was 18 USD for carpool. Wont be using this venue again.

When I picked up the car, the attendant told me it was supposed to be his day off and he was covering for a woman who had called in because she didn't want to process 30 returns. I found it unprofessional that he was complaining to me, but he was polite. I realized afterwards, however, that he gave me no information about how to pick up or drop off the car. To start, he handed me a bunch of paper, but didn't tell me that one included the ticket to get out of the garage. When I exited, I had to sift through everything I had to find (what I hoped) was the required ticket. I also had asked the attendant about the closest gas station. He told me Just google it but failed to mention that there were no nearby gas stations. I had to considerably backtrack to find a gas station before dropping off the car. The biggest issue was when I returned the car. Again, because I had no instructions, I had to figure out the drop off myself, which proved to be very stressful and time consuming. No one was at the drop off area to collect the car, despite it being only 4:45 in the afternoon. I drove around the garage for several minutes trying to find someone before I decided to call customer service. The customer service agent took 20 minutes to figure out how I should drop off the car. The garage floor that collected returns was very small, and there was only a limited designated area that was already full. The customer service agent had me provide all of the drop off information, including mileage and gas tank information by phone - I've never had to do this. It took her another ten minutes to confirm that I wouldn't incur additional charges (the morning attendant had also told me nothing about the toll box and I didn't want to incur toll charges). When we finally figured out (again, by phone) where I should park the car, the customer service agent didn't know what I should do with my keys. I asked if I should leave them in the car. She said yes, but as I was leaving, I saw a key dropbox that collected the keys. I had to go back to the car and get the keys to drop off in this box. A drop off process that with most other agencies takes no more than 5 minutes took a total of 45. I missed my dinner reservation because of it and was completely unnerved by the experience. I will never use this agency again.
