The staff at the airport was excellent, and on check in he did a great job of getting me into another vehicle. The issue was that on the selection form from car rentals the picture supplied by Dollar was of an SUV, but it turned out the vehicle was actually a truck. The picture of the vehicle should match what you think you are renting. Don't know if the problem is with Dollar or Car Rentals.

Well everything is fine, except the vehicle broke down outside of where i work, litterally down the street from the Boise Airport. I have notified Dollar about this. and they still have not picked up the vehicle. I was able to get home on my own from work yesterday. I have been contacted by Dollar and told them where the vehicle is and they have not picked it up.The vehicle does not start, the engine will crank but it will not start, therefore it is un-drivable.
