I would not recommend this company to anyone. The staff in at that Lillburn Ga location were unprofessional, unprepared, and clearly did not care about doing a good job or customer satisfaction. I did not receive the vehicle I had reserved, and was forced to purchase additional insurance athough it was not listed as a requirement at the time of reservation. The vehicle I was given was not clean and had a tire pressure indicator light on as we were leaving the location. Additionally, upon arriving at the location at the designated date and time for return, I discovered that the location was closed and there was no drop box available. After multiple calls to the company's service number, I was told that I should drop it off at the airport over an hour away, or I could leave it in the lot with the keys locked inside the glove box and would be changed an unlock fee and possibly late return fees. This is highly unacceptable as I was not advised if any change of return location and should not be responsible for the company's poor planning and lack of communication.

I listed ATL Airport as to where I wanted a rental. I picked a rental and booked it. When I got to the airport rental counter they told me the booking was 40 minutes away at the Norcross rental location. I then had to pay an additional $81 to get the contract transfered to the ATL Airport location. That's not acceptable!

It was a pleasurable experience. The manager and all are professional and very personable and friendly. The car was very presentable, clean, and well prepared.
