Renting worked relatively easily. When I returned it, I was told that the prepaid voucher had burst. I had to pay the rental price again on site, at 3 a.m. CarDelMar was unfortunately only available from 9 a.m. But took care of the matter. I wonder if I can get my money back.

Car scratched everywhere in front, behind, on the sides, stains of paint on the bodywork, pieces of paint glued, dirty windshield poorly maintained. dirty and poorly maintained interior, unsuitable floor mats, far too large, folded under the seat. limit brakes, HS suspensions, unpleasant seat smell. Used to renting vehicles in different countries, a car like that is a shame. Upon return, Dollar asks us to complete a satisfaction questionnaire BEFORE returning the deposit to us and indicates that the deposit will be returned once the questionnaire is completed .... in short, needless to say, we cannot complete the questionnaire in full freedom since the deposit will only be returned after they have completed the questionnaire. Dishonest methods and degraded car for too high a price considering the rented car. Dollar (and Thrifty because joint agency at Amman airport) it's over for me ....

Good reception, a little waiting for the car. State of the vehicle effectively controlled. No problem with the restitution.
