I said many problems however they fixed them all. I mean it was almost comical what could go wrong did. However they were so nice it was impossible to stay mad. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The corporate answering machine is the one thing that was not fixable and because of that is the reason I probably would not go again with them.

No warning they close at 2 pm. Drop rental off at their office and call a Lyft, at your own expense. And wait for a Lyft at airport to get to their office. Not good. The rental vehicle and staff were both very good but the extra time and expense were frustrating.

Very slow pickup, demand purchasing insurance for their larger vehicles, easily doubling the price - do not expect to pay the advertised price
